For end-users like you and me this means that we can actually start watching HD movies for free without downloading them and without the hassle of finding free space on our harddrives. One of the best things of streaming is that the risk of having a computer virus on your PC is minimal. If you are not downloading a thing there is actually no way that any malicious software could be installed on your PC. Sometimes you might be asked to install divx codecs if your system doesn't have any yet. After that all that is left is browse through the categories and choose the flick you like.

Let me warn you though, you have to have good internet connection. Broadband is absolutely mandatory. You see, since everything is coming to your computer in real time right from the servers of the free movie website it needs good speed so that you can watch it smoothly. The other option is to wait for it to finish 'buffering' (what a cool word, heh ) which normally takes 2 to 5 minutes.

The internet is growing fast and streaming movies and TV shows is becoming more and more popular. Some televisions even allow you to watch their shows right on their websites.

Let me be honest, I do have a BlueRay player at home and the quality is superb. But if I want to watch the newest movies I either have to wait for them to come out on BR or DVD or go to the DVD store, browse through all the titles and choose something. Nothing compares to just clicking a couple of times in my browser, sit with my sons down with popcorn and start watching. It's priceless.

Movies online without downloading a.k.a. 'streaming movies'

Hi guys, this is my first post on my new blog. One of the things that I would like to talk to you about is something that I have found not long ago. Since I am a "work at home" mom and I needed some quality time with my two sons I needed to figure out a way to do that without spending too much money (this thing about working from home is far harder than I thought)

I will tell you about the benefits of watching movies online without downloading right at your desktop in my later posts. If you are a movie junkie like me you would really LOVE it.

What movie streaming basically means is that you do not need to download the whole file but the file starts 'streaming' right on your computer, is that fun You do not need to thing about free space on your hard drive or things like that.

I am not that technologically good but when I found out about free movie streaming I was so excited. Surely, it might have been around for quite a while but I just found it

I have found a very good website which I use at least 3 times a week for this. I will tell you about it later.
